10oz Rib-Eye Steak - roasted tomatoes and mushrooms, dressed garnish, with skin-on fries and a choice of sauce: peppercorn, bearnaise, blue cheese or garlic butter 26.95

Stuffed Chicken Breast - pan seared chicken breast stuffed with pancetta, chorizo and bacon jam served alongside minted new potatoes, buttered kale and baby carrots finished with a whisky sauce 17.25

Nut Roast Wellington - served with either new or mashed potatoes, fresh market vegetables finished with a rich pan gravy (V) 16.50

Salmon en Croût - crushed new potatoes, fresh market vegetables finished with white wine, lemon and dill sauce topped with pea shoots 17

Curry - slow-simmered chickpeas and sweet peppers in a fragrant curry sauce, infused with aromatic spices finished with spiced rice and the choice of naan or poppadom (V) 17

Slow Braised Lamb Shank - tender lamb shank braised in a mint, redcurrant and rosemary sauce with buttered mashed potatoes and fresh market vegetables finished with a rich jus 18.95
